Wolf Marine Inc. offers boat slips for sale on the St. Croix River, one mile north of Downtown Stillwater, MN. All slip owners become, members of the Wolf Marina Cooperative Association.
Our History
Until 2003, Wolf Marine (Wolf Marine Inc.), was a multi generational, family owned and operated marina, located off the main channel of the St. Croix River in a secluded, protected bay just one mile North of downtown Stillwater, Minnesota. Wolf Marine’s 250 slips ranged in size from 18 to 50 feet, accommodating a variety of boats from runabouts to cruisers, pontoons and houseboats.
Present Day & Transition
In 2023, Wolf Marine Inc. made the decision to begin selling it’s slips. This required Wolf Marine Inc. to form a new entity, called the Wolf Marina Cooperative Association. This transition is expected to take some time, however, leasing remains an option if and when slips are available. More importantly, there is a new opportunity for those interested in owning their own slip, by becoming a member of the Wolf Marina Cooperative Association.
Looking Forward
Eventually, Wolf Marine Inc. will have sold all or most of their boat slips. At that point, all slip sales, leasing and subleasing will be handled entirely by the Wolf Marina Cooperative Association, as intended. Until that time, Wolf Marine Inc. handles all slip sales and leasing. We’re excited to see this new community of boaters come together, continuing the legacy of Wolf Marine Inc. for generations to come.
