  • Length of boat is total overall length (including swim platform and bow pulpit).
  • Yearly lease covers: spring launch, summer dockage, fall pull-out, winter storage (outdoor), water & electric (on slips 30′ & over). J & K docks have metered electric, spring launch begins as weather permits. Fall pull-out begins September 26th. Yearly lease period is April 1st, 2023 through March 31st, 2024.
  • Summer only lease covers: Summer dockage, water & electric (on slips 30′ & over). No other services are included.
  • Lease period is April 1, 2023 through October 09, 2023. Boats left at the Marina after this time will be charged our overnight dockage rate each day until the boat is removed.
